Making the decision to start prioritizing yourself after having kids is a big deal and I'm so proud of you for taking this first step.
There is also a lot of confusion on how to get back into things like exercise, cooking and general self-care when you become a mom...and I get it. Even after years of having my own personal training and health coaching practice, I also felt like I was starting from scratch after having my babies!
But between the sleepless newborn nights, toddler meltdowns and chaos of life, I managed to figure out ways to squeeze bite-sized moments of wellness into my day. It was from these daily, consistent small acts of self-care that I have been able to stick to my workout routine, healthy eating and mindfulness practices.
It is also from these daily habits that I was able to regain strength, confidence and self-love and I am beyond excited and honoured I get to share these practices with you.
It's time to let go of the mom guilt and the pressure to bounce back. You are a warrior and deserve to feel incredible on the inside and out.
