I'm new to working out, is this membership suitable for me?

Absolutely! Marlie will cue proper form in all of the workouts and always give options for modifications. It's important that if a certain exercise does not feel right, you stop and wait for the next move.

I'm just getting back into exercise and not sure what I can and can't do?

It's important that you get assessed by a healthcare professional (OB, midwife, pelvic floor physiotherapist) before beginning any exercise routine. We also have lots of information in our Return to Exercise masterclass.

What if I can't follow the weekly schedule exactly?

This membership is all about working with what you got and doing what you can! As moms, every day or week will be different. Just try your best to show up as best as you can.

How often and how long are the live workouts and coaching calls?

Live workouts are 30 minutes and take place bi-weekly. The coaching calls are 1 hour and are once a month. Make sure to check your weekly schedule sent via email on Sundays so you can add everything to your calendar.

Do I need exercise equipment for this membership?

There are plenty of no-equipment workouts offered, and when equipment is used, Marlie will give you modifications to work with what you have. However, we recommend the following equipment to get the most out of your workout classes:
- light set of dumbbells (2-5 lbs)
- medium/heavy set of dumbbells (8-15 lbs)
- resistance bands
- mat

Where can I find the weekly schedule?

The weekly schedule is sent out via e-mail to all members on Sundays at 7am EST. Please make sure you have opted in to receive emails from us. You can also find the weekly schedule in the on-demand workout library and on the app.

How do I join the coaching calls and live workouts?

The coaching calls and live workouts will be held on zoom. You will receive an email prior to each call with the login information. Make sure our emails are not going into your spam folder and that you have opted in to receive our emails.

What if I can't make a live workout class or coaching call?

We know life gets busy! These sessions will be saved on your membership and you will have access to them.

I haven't received any emails?

Make sure to check your spam folder and flag your emails so they go right into your inbox. Make sure that you haven't unsubscribed from any of our emails. If you still haven't received any emails, please contact us at hello@bounceforwardco.com.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel on desktop:
- Make sure you are logged in and inside the "On Demand page"
- Click your profile picture/avatar in the top right corner
- Click "Active Packages"
- Find the 3 dots on the right side and click "Cancel"

To cancel on mobile app:
- Make sure you are logged in
- Find your profile picture/avatar in the top left corner
- Click Active Credits + Memberships
- Click cancel

How does billing work?

The Bounce Forward membership can be purchased either as a free trial, a monthly subscription or as an annual subscription. All of these methods request that you input your credit card details at checkout - these will be saved and charged on the renewal date of your subscription (each month or once a year) unless you cancel prior. You can update, edit or cancel your subscription at any time via the billing settings in your account details.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel at any time, however you must cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged. You will lose access to content at the end of your billing cycle. Due to the nature of the membership offering, we DO NOT provide refunds.
