43 Year Old Mom of 3, Down ???lb.
"I look forward to 5:30AM workouts, which seems crazy to many. I am so grateful that I have been able to get back to skiing this winter - my passion sport since I was 2."
Sabrina lost pounds and inches, increased muscle tone and strength, and changed clothing sizes. Her energy improved, her balance improved - and most significantly, she got back on the ski slopes after two serious knee injuries.

Her ski boots, which hadn't fit comfortably in years, fit with ease. She can skate with her kids now. She goes on family ski trips. That's not a small thing - that's her whole life, given back to her.
Physical Changes
Pounds lost. Strength gained.
Ski boots that finally fit.

Health & Emotional Shifts
More patience. More focus.
More present for her family.
More focus. Better mood. More patience with her three kids. More confidence. An increased desire to do things as a family.
Sabrina describes a complete shift in how she shows up day to day - not just physically, but as a mother, a partner, and a person.
The moment She Knew it was working
In Her Own Words
"Talking about my 5:30am workouts with colleagues and realizing that I haven't hit snooze or blown off a morning because I look forward to the workout."
Sabrina focuses on fuelling her body rather than restricting it - mindful of protein, loosely tracking calories and macros without anything rigid.

It's a sustainable approach she can actually maintain with three kids, a full-time job, and a life.
Her approach to food
Fuelling her body.
Not restricting it.
Sabrina describes herself as a 43-year-old wife, mom of three neurodivergent kids, dog mom, full-time working professional - a caregiver who had put herself at the bottom of her own to-do list for years.
She'd struggled with weight and body image her whole adult life. After her second child she got healthy and maintained it for over a year - but looking back, her habits were obsessive and unsustainable. Eight years of trying followed: a pandemic, job changes, losses, and two serious knee injuries.
In May 2025, approaching 43, something shifted. She started a GLP-1, then tore her meniscus and ACL in her previously healthy knee - the same injury she'd had in the other knee exactly a year before. She kept going. Four months into physio, ready to strength train again, Marlie announced BUILD: Stronger.
She completed Stronger. Jumped straight into Flex Era. The progress showed up on paper, in photos, in her weight, in her energy, in her strength. In her patience with her kids.
