34 Year Old Mom, 2 kids under 2
"I want to keep going for the long term - and I want to be a role model for my daughter as she grows up. Exercise is a gift I want to continue giving her."
Danielle's upper body strength has noticeably improved since starting BUILD. She's lifting heavier weights and feeling stronger in her daily life - carrying her daughter, moving through her spin classes, showing up more capable in everything she does.
The physical changes came alongside a shift in how she approaches movement altogether - no longer punishing, always purposeful.
Physical Changes
Upper body strength.
Lifting heavier than ever.
????
Danielle's relationship with food and fitness had been complicated for years. Postpartum struggles, negative diet culture, yoyo diets - the cycle of restriction and guilt that so many women know too well.
BUILD was a huge turn around. Not just physically, but in how she thinks about her body, what she feeds it, and why she moves it. The focus shifted from short-term weight loss to long-term strength and longevity 0 and that change is permanent.
Health & Emotional Shifts
From calorie restriction
to a complete mindset shift.
The moment She Knew it was working
In Her Own Words
"I felt like I was actually hitting my goals - and I realized this isn't just a program, it's a whole journey."
Danielle describes crossing a line away from negative diet culture - the kind of calorie obsessed, restrict everything mindset that doesn't serve women, especially moms. That was a huge turn around for her.
She now focuses on fuelling her body for the long term. For energy, for strength, for her daughter. Food is fuel, not punishment.
Her approach to food
From diet culture to fuelling for longevity.
her full story
A decade of spin classes.
BUILD gave her something new.
Danielle has been an indoor cycling instructor for a decade - leading classes, building community, pouring her energy into helping others move. She knows fitness. But BUILD gave her something she hadn't found in ten years of cycling: progressive strength training that actually changes your body composition.
She came to BUILD postpartum, working through the complicated relationship with her body that so many new moms navigate. The negative diet culture, the yoyo diets with names and faces and programs that promised everything and left her in the same place. She'd been there.

BUILD was different. The focus on strength, on lifting heavier week over week, on fuelling rather than restricting - it aligned with who she wants to be and the example she wants to set for her daughter.
She wants to keep going. For the long term. For herself. And for her girl.
"I'm an indoor cycling instructor of a decade and I'm obsessed with BUILD — I want to share it with my whole community."
